It describes the overall development methodology of the project and the focus and evolution of the different releases of the platform. How requirements are gathered for each release and from which sources, how they are prioritized and planned for development as also how their implementations are validated and improved.

It provides additional sections that describe the evolution of the platform for the final release by describing the implemented requirements in detail as well as providing an overview of the requirements that have been collected throughout the duration of the project and have been marked as relevant requirements for a possible commercialization of the platform.

D36.151 Service Development Facilities (release 1): This deliverable gives an overview on the current state of the service developer facilities. In close cooperation with SP4 a sandbox environment is being developed and featured with functionalities to support service developers during their developments with the MOBiNET platform. A service developer should be able to use the sandbox to test its service without really connecting to the MOBiNET central facilities. Requirements for the test environment are summarised. Furthermore, developers are supported with tutorials to enable an easy introduction into application development for MOBiNET.

D4.5 - MOBiNET Operational Guidelines:The purpose of this document is to provide the operating personnel with guidelines to perform the day-to-day activities. This includes monitoring and maintenance of the environments, checking whether all components operate, restore services in case they are down for any reason, investigate failures that could occur, etc. This document is intended to be a guide for the administrators of a future MOBiCENTRE.

D52.6.1 Interim platform, pilot and business validation results: Report on the results of the MOBiNET platform and pilot validation, taking into account both technical and non-technical issues, and the needs and requirements of customers, services providers, operators and other stakeholders. The pilot validation will describe the progress and implementation of all 8 pilots and collection of data for validation and assessment purposes describing what has been done so far including identified problems and potential suggestions for improvements. Description of the progress and results of the interoperability assessment is also included. This deliverable will present the results from this workpackage as well as the results from all pilot workpackages, WP5.6 - 5.13. The Internal Reports from these workpackages will therefore be merged into this deliverable, to present an complete overview of the validation results to the reader.

D52.7.1 Interim integrated analysis of platform & pilots validation: This document presents and further analyses the main findings from R1.1 (first platform release) and how the new functionalities requested during validation have been incorporated in platform development. D53.5 MOBiNET and social networks: This document aims at explaining why social networks are also relevant for MOBiNET and what social software options are available for supporting social networking in the MOBiNET context. For that, we introduce social software in its various forms, look for its use in the context of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and mobility services, and investigate the potential of social software features in mobility service platforms – especially in the MOBiNET platform. This document has the purpose of providing an overview and recommendations on how a service platform such as MOBiNET could implement various methods of social software in order to add to its usability, versatility, attractiveness, engagement and customer relations management as well as gaining value from users, for example in the form of user-generated content or networks.

D5.6.2 Platform and pilot validation results: This document presents the final results of validation activities, carried out by the Validation Team and pilot sites all along the MOBiNET project, as the conclusive outcome of Task 5.3 Platform and Pilots validation. It is a fundamental step in order to apply the framework developed in WP5.1 and WP5.2. This is aimed at validating that the MOBiNET platform and facilities that were tested in the project pilots fulfil the user needs given by the stakeholders that were identified in the beginning of the project in WP2.

D5.7.2 Final integrated analysis of platform & pilots validation: This document summarizes and further analyses the main findings throughout the platform validation process since the beginning, primarily focusing on the final platform status and findings as well as conclusions about the validation process along with lessons learned and recommendations. In addition to summarizing the main results and findings collected throughout the validation of the different releases and conclusions from the pilot sites, this document includes the validation results of R4.0 and the overall quality goal evaluation for the final platform release.

In this deliverable we have analysed different types of organisations and assessed their suitability for a MOBiNET Legal Entity. The options for including or excluding different types of services and data providers and end users have been reviewed. We have examined whether participation in the MLE and its services should be based on a membership model, or whether it should be sufficient to accept the terms and conditions of use. Finally, the ownership options for the MLE as well as the implications of different types of owner have been examined.

D72.2 Report on the Provider Community Launch: Establishing a Provider Community is a unique feature of the MOBiNET project. Building the Community is considered as a necessary and efficient approach to ensure a wide deployment of the MOBiNET platform. The Community is a network of both content and service providers. After the launch of the Platform first release at ITS Helsinki 2014, the MOBiNET Provider Community was established, consisting of project partners and associated members of the project. A launch event of the Community was organised in Aalborg, Denmark, in conjunction with a consortium meeting, on 14 October 2014. The event was attended by 100 professionals from different sectors such as industry, research, public authorities, international organisations, etc. An online conference facility was used to allow participants to join the workshop remotely. At the event, the concept of MOBiNET, current functionalities, potential benefits of being a member and current business model of the Community were presented. A live demonstration of a parking service for Aalborg was shown at the event to demonstrate usage of the MOBiNET platform.
